Yes, I was going to tell you all that it is the screen that doing it on my Westy also. The tracks are well-lubed, so that's not my issue, as was my first instinct. Maybe, sand a bit off the screen frame so it no longer slightly contacts the glass? My frame clips snapped when I removed my screens, so now that's a problem, too.
