Just pop the "horn" off (pull on it from the top) but hang onto it. It is connected by a female plug/wire and you'll have to pull that off before you can set the long horn aside. I think I use about a 20-22mm? socket and 1/2" drive breaker bar to loosen the nut. Once that's off, pull on the wheel side to side, top to bottom and it should just come right off.

Oh, get the front wheels as straight as possible so you can just slide the S/wheel back on in the correct orientation.
