My $1 says your pilot bearing is the problem.
The clutch feels fine, right? Hydraulic problems make the pedal feel
different.
I think that your pilot bearing went and so now the transmission input
shaft can't rotate independently of the engine flywheel. Even though the
clutch can disengage just fine, it doesn't matter, because the input shaft
is stuck in the flywheel. So the syncromeshes won't let you shift with the
engine going, because the input shaft can't be stopped.
Why do I think this? because the same thing happened to me a month ago.
