I used to run Scamp's house battery that way -- use one bank today then shift to the other at night through the next day. Next day measure yesterday's bank and shift to it that night, rinse and repeat. Saved having to deal with nasty acid in a cramped battery locker. Since I'm fond of analog gauges I had a fancy one from Blue Sea (on closeout) where the whole scale went from 11.5? to 13 volts. Yours, David |
