All this reminds me of Albert Einstein's famous thought experiments
taking place in a Vanagon: the experience of being in a diesel vanagon
on an infinitely long road with an infinite supply of fuel under
infinite acceleration would be the same as in an elevator not being
pulled through space at all.

Which would explain the yellow- and brown-shift on these models.
