I live in Cali and I have to get my Westy smog tested every time
registration comes up. If you own a non Westy you only have to have a smog
check every other year. It doesn't seem quite fair but it is what it is.
They claim this product will reduce emissions on any engine you use it on.

Is it just another "snake oil?"
