Hi folks:


I ordered a new P-trap and hose from bus depot. My original hose length was somewhere around 32 inches, but the hose that bus depot sold me is 24 inches. The hose when fully stretched, barely, and I mean barely goes straight down to the exit port. The center shelf in the sink cabinet is notched in the rear to allow the hose to go behind the shelf, so there is simply no way this hose is long enough to stretch. BD says they have sold hundreds with no complaints! Wow, I guess I'm confused!! Makes me wonder if I'm somehow missing a part?  Anyone else have problems with one of these P-traps kits?
