Speedo says just over 80. The government mandated speedo error was relaxed for MY85, and then again later. Umm, IIRC, that 78 @ 4K was GPS checked. I'll let you know when I get back on my feets in another month or so. The automatic tranny tends to really suck down the mileage, but the most important is to keep things tuned properly.
