dear mexican wedding planer * Vanagon content by relation to trip planned in vanagon ... insurance ??? etc *

i recently got pulled up short by other list members who inquired about mexican insurance ... i was being flippant about insurance in mexico without really knowing ... now a little more informed ( i read my own policy ) (who d a thunk it) it became clear that many insurance companies ..including ICBC here in british columbia do not cover your vehicle outside of the lower 48 and continental canada ... (the uppity 12 )

so before you drive your vehicle through the gates of no return check your insurance to make sure you will have Mexico specific coverage ... also do the same with your health insurance

yours
