I fit the 205's in my 89 clam shell by moving the front ends of the top
wires out to what looks like factory slots further outboard than where they
were. If you open up the clamshell and look, you should see what I mean.
They slip into two notches further out and the 205"s squeaked in there
without squishing any coolant lines.
It looks intentional. I may be full of it.
