uh oh .. I knew we were pushing it. ( well it is a holiday ) ok then .. I'd ask who first thought of the idea of the VW Bus .. but that's too well known. all right.. I am still saying the Vanagon is the best overall VW of any type ever made. and it sure tears me up to see the neglect some of these wonderful vanagons suffer through, when it is so easy to take care of a VANAGON ... well, with a little bit of a workable place to work on one. I'm not even speaking of anything technical either .. just taking care of one like one might take care of a bicycle.. just lubrication and adjustments on much of these wonderful VANAGONS. I get the impression though that it does not occur to some people to tighten a loose screw even. you know .. people are buying fancy 16 inch alloy wheels and new tires, but the steering wheel attaching nut is so loose it's hazardous nearly .. 'splain that to me wouldja Batman ! and that's on VANAGONS ., lol. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Beierl" <dbeierl@attglobal.net> To: "Scott Daniel - Turbovans" <scottdaniel@turbovans.com> Cc: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Sunday, July 04, 2010 9:09 PM Subject: Re: Re: Parking brake pressure (was I've had it)
