and there are AWD Quantums and they say 'SYNCRO' on the rear hatch or trunk I think. in the US they only come only in gasoline versions , and are pretty rare.

but they ain't Audi's of course. there is an Audi version of the Quantum ...forget the model name. and they probably don't have 'syncro' on the rear
