That is exactly correct. Adding a resistor in parallel to the LEDS increases the current and fixes the problem. I forget what size but it shouldn't be hard to ascertain by trial and error. For a starting value, measure the bulb you remove, then decrease resistance. Pay attention to wattage. Ken Lewis http://neksiwel.20m.com/ in statu viae
