hi Greg,
well whnatiya  know..
I've been saving a partial seat swivel set for about 6 years...
it's 3 main parts..
the part welded to the van,
the part the seat tracks slide into.
and the 'upper part' ..
the 12 inch diameter round thing, that's held onto 4 studs with nuts,
and has the release handle attached to it ...straight wire like thing.

mine is missing that wire like handle..
which comes with the round part ..
I would be very interested in the round circular part with wire-like handle
on it ...

or just the wire part.
I am also missing the bushings, 4 , that go between the parts that swivel,
but doesn't sound like you have those.
let me know what I can do to get your leftover parts to me so there's a full
seat swivel for a vanagon somewhere.
I save 'all' vanagon parts btw , and sell good used checked out parts now
and then, and am working on about 7 very nice vanagons to sell.
