Nope,.just a quick way to get rid of the assistant running along behind -- it does operate by simulating a hydraulic fault, of course.

d Stupid light is not only invisibly dim and optically blocked by the steering wheel, it doesn't even latch on once it sees a fault. One might almost think that the designers were working to the letter of the law and didn't think much of the spirit. That would go along (in my mind) with the one-turn-signal-blinker philosophy. If your brakes are not korrect, your foot will tell you! Listen to the foot!
