I am no mechanic and don't even play one on TV anymore.  Ours turned out to
be a faulty ignition switch.  We never went 20 minutes between starts,
however.  More like a minute or two with probably 3-6 attempts.  Cranked OK,
would not fire.

New switch and no problems.
