My Westy won't move with the parking brake on, probably unless I force it. However, it does move without it applied. I mean if I put it in park, with or without the engine running, and there's the slightest slope, it will move. (Maybe it won't go far, but on the occasions it has happened, I was outside the car opening my driveway gate, so I didn't wait to see how far it would go.) Patti 90 Westy Automatic
