No Mine is X-TREME tape from harbor freight tools.  I will try to get
some genuine Rescue Tape or other brand to try.  This HFT tape is
labeled MOCAP.  It seems kind of thin, like I could break it if I
pulled too hard.  You just have one layer on your hose?
