Depends. GoWesty says these vehicles are reconditioned to "new" condition, except they have a rebuilt engine and oversize wheels and tires (the tires are not spec, by the way). I suppose the paint job for example is as close to factory paint as is possible. But, I wouldn't pay for a GoWesty camper. People do, though. If you buy one, will you get your money back if you need to sell it? Wouldn't a person who wanted to spend that kind of money buy one from GoWesty directly?
