Since attachments are not allowed on the List, it should be noted that the pic Alistair sent me of the sticker behind the inspection/license door does indicate USEPA and California Regulations compliance. Perhaps this is also present on Mike Snow's van under the foam cover behind the inspection door. We didn't think to look under the crumbling foam on the vehicle we were looking to verify. On a later model European T3, there is a sticker indicating it is a diesel but makes no mention on compliance. In this case all the samples I looked at were turbodiesels. Sticker under the engine lid actually says that .
