Dude. Been thinking the same thing since the Prologue. I looked forward to seeing Vanagons or Westies along the routes, but this year . . . I have been looking and have not seen a single one. I did see the loaf, but it's not the same as seeing a vintage Vanagon in full Westy regalia (awnings, etc.) set up in a sweet patch of grass along the route.
