that's classic on 84's. your rear brakes may need work, or at least inspection.

but the parking brake handle used up until early 85 sucks.. just very very dumb design. I could have designed that better when I was in 5th grade.

the angle is wrong, the handle is too short etc.

get the later 85 and up style parking brake handle. it is a direct bolt-in.

it's about 6 times better. be one of the best improvements to your van you've ever done.

you 'just want one of those'......if you don't already have one.
