Sounds like you're gettin' it. that adjustment sure is somewhat obtuse to me.

re the innner door panel.. those are rare , often missing from good vans. I'd say don't throw the old one away.

I also like to but some ruberized sound deadening material on the inside of the sliding door. .. and hard faom insulation sometimes, but never fiberglass insulation.

either my mind is not german enough, or those instructions kinda jump around a bit and are hard to follow.
