OK, so my better half. Patty, has been driving my bus all week because her Jeep is in the shop.

So the first day she drove it I receive this e-mail from her making a joke about sharing this with the list on Friday - well it's Friday and I'm sharing.

*By the way, here is some fodder for your Friday list.* *

OK, I expected some comments when I pulled into work. The squealing brakes and general appearance brought pointing and giggling. "Hey, let's load up in that thing and go to Dairy Queen", "If the bus is a'rockin'...." and, "Peace, Man."

I did not expect, in the bank drive thru, to see 2 Mennonite women look over at the bus, look at each other, and start to giggle.

Then, I stopped at a party store that had parking that would not require the use of reverse, parked, and jumped out. I guess it wasn't in gear because it started to leave. I yelled, "Roll away bus!" and hopped in real quick, jerking it to a stop. I glance over and see the "Peace, Man" co-worker in a nearby car laughing her butt off.

*-- Thanks,
