I believe Ken said ignition or fuel pump.
it's amazing how long those fuel pumps last.
for 'won't run, wait a while, runs again' ..
I think about fuel delivery out of the fuel tank being restricted or clogged
if I don't find something else.
I'm driving with a fuel pressure gauge up front in an 84 westy ..
that van holds 30 psi for hours after shut off.
was down to 10 psi overnight.
one fuel pump cycle brought it up to 20psi.
another cycle brought it up to 30 psi.
I have a different distrbutor in, seems to be working fine.
for 'wont' start' I common find igntion not working ..
commonly on 1.9's even, I'd say.
