it's pretty straightforward . arc or wire feed welding , about 4 or 5 inch long welds on each side. burning of rugs is an issue .. I spread old blankets soaked in water around. the seat that 'was' there before the swivel will be pretty high after.. The seats that go with snivels are thinner on the bottom. Scott www.turbovans.com
