Ken,

I have the skill and software to design the circuit. I designed the circuit and did the PCB layout for the controller we use in our stir plates. But this is done on rigid FR4 material & to get the price down I had to order over 500 raw cards.

Problem is, irregular shaped prototype boards get expensive and prototype flex circuits are even higher.

Normally, flex circuits are manufactured then the outline is punched out with a die cutter. I guess one could be done in rectangular form then hand trimmed.
