Anyone having a problem downloading this PDF? With this one - and a lot of others lately - I cannot download a PDF file without going to Adobe PDF online, signing up, signing in, creating the PDF then downloading. Doesn't matter what subject, what WEB site - all the same-same. No download unless I jump through hoops and do the online PDF creation thing through ADOBE.

Anyone else having this problem? I really would like a copy of this PDF, but I hate going through this crap every time I find a PDF file I want to download.

Thanks,

John
