I've had that happen twice. Both times the two different mechanics insisted that overfilling such a minute amount wouldn't cause shifting problems. Both times, after insisting that they drain some fluid, the tranny worked fine. The first time it was barely over the full mark; the second time it was *way* over the full mark.
