I think that's a great idea - since this is a replacement part there's no reason everyone can't just trace their existing flex circuit onto the printed rectangle and then x-acto their way to a new part. I'd want to buy one just to have a spare. Van Cafe says they're open to fabricators making parts/kits for resale...
