Tune to correct specs; keep your foot out of it; get rid of autotranny; put air in tires.

Not trying to be a smartass, but without any other guides, the answers are fairly obvious. I get about 20 in my Westy - usually more highway, but some city (doesn't seem to matter much).

Keep the tank full and note the mileage every time you refill. You don't need to write it down or anything like that; just make a mental note. You may find that you are getting better than you think. I believe around 17 is to be expected with an automatic.
