Ok, Volks,

I didn't want to hi-jack the Vanagon Attire thread, and felt a separate thread would be more appropriate for the subject above

What interest might there be in the above items if they were available in an artsy form - like Batik?? I know a gal who is really good at the artform and might make a bunch of these different items with Vanagons if there was enough interest. Keep in mind that this is an art form, and is labor intensive, and does not lend itself to mass production, which makes it more pricey than the typical silk screened stuff. No two of anything will look exactly alike. But stuff made this way is way cool.

I might be able to get a few pictures of other Batik stuff she has made to give an idea as to what it is all about, but someone would have to post them for me.

Tell me what you think, that I may explore it with her.
