Try disconnecting the O2 sensor, see if that smooths out the idle. I had a similar problem. That stopped it.

Another thing - in my experience - that will affect idle is the crankcase breather vent tube to the AFM. They tend ot rot on the underside and once there is a hole, it will affect smoothness of engine operation.
