I would try Apple's iBooks app for iPhone/ipad which with the newest
version of iTunes will allow you to add PDFs to your ibookshelf. I
have the impression that as a book reading app it'd be more capable of
viewing the Bentley PDF. Bonus: you can bookmark pages. Superbonus:
grease stains come off.
