if you're on windows try this Open up command prompt and type in

ping gowesty.com that should tell you if your computer can see their server(s)

tracert gowesty.com will tell you how many hops it takes to get there provided the first test works succesfully.

if this is all mumbo jumbo talk, sorry, never know how much experience one has with ye ol' magic computer box.
