Bridge at 0:45: I'm pretty sure that's the "new" Alexandria Bridge on Hwy 1 north of Yale, BC

I agree with Alistair that the tunnel is probably one of the ones in that area, and one of the ones near Hell's Gate is ringing a faint bell.

Then the shots after after the tunnel sequence (at 2:21 and 2:30) look like the Duffey Lake Road (Hwy 99) between Pemberton and Lillooet, where the road runs alongside Duffey Lake (2:30 REALLY looks like the north end of the lake, facing south).

But there are SO many running-alongside-lake-in-the-mountains roads in BC that it's really hard to say.  My guess is the section at 2:26-2:28 was also shot on the Duffey Lake road, at higher elevation along the section to the south towards Joffre Summit.

I do a one-day bike ride from Pemberton to Lillooet and back once or twice a year, so there are some sections of road in that video that are twigging my memory pretty hard...

Beautiful country up here, with a number of free bush camping spots in the area for those with sharp eyes and a nose for where to look!
