Ah yes, reminds me of the oh-so cold morning shower I got one time while heading out to work in New Hampshire.... BRRRRR!!!!

Anyway, you'll need to unscrew the air scoop covers to get access to the tube drain ends. I just carefully shoved a open coat hanger end up the tube and I think it pushed the offending goop out of the way because it drained quite well after that....
