I can understand the usefulness if a high top, but damn-it Jim, they just look ungainly, hydrocephalic.

There is one for sale locally (Victoria BC), owner imported joker hightop, syncro diesel. Got them thermopane windows that open on hinges at top of windows... really helps when you turn the van into a chip wagon :)
