I've used the local VW dealer in my area for wheel alignment in the past. They in fact are a very good shop.  And because my info is in their database I get periodic emails from them reminding me of maintenance items that might be due on my Vanagon.  But their automated system just laid an egg.  I just got a reminder that I might be due for maintenance on my timing belt......
