It's just an advertising ploy to justify, or pump up in this case, the asking price.

8K in parts? That can be a lot of parts engine/tranny not withstanding. An 8K-13K Westy? In that price range, one might find a very nice or nearly cherry air cooled.

It's also seasonally related if that makes sense. Though it's in a world market (eBay) this same vehicle may not be the same price in the dead of winter.
