Pictures of the proper tool for removing wires from plastic connectors can be found on the Yahoo SubaruVanagon website in the file "Tool to remove wires from connectors.jpg" in the folder http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/subaruvanagon/files/Wiring%20/ . This is available at the larger professional, not consumer, autoparts stores. Work carefully as Zolly describes and it works great. Ed
