I have some of the hard plastic line (8mm OD, Nylon-11, rated over 200 psi) left over from when I replaced all my fuel lines. On my '81 aircooled, it took about 14 feet total (this covers the return line, too). It's pretty easy to work with, but it's stiff, and holds its shape. You need to gently heat it and bend it to the correct shape. I held it in front of a Reddy heater until it got soft enough to shape. If you want some, I can send you 15' for $10, shipping included. The stuff I have is natural color (white), not black. |
