David, you should be able to source this piece of tube with the two flares and fittings already on it from your local Advance Auto or Autozone (I forget which). They have this size tubing and fittings in different lengths already premade. Just take as much of your old tube there and measure the length of it and you should be able to get something a little longer that will work as a replacement. You can also get long runs for the front section of clutch tubing as well, but you will need to get a union to join them together since they won't be long enough so you will have to get a couple of pieces.
