unless mine is different then yours i unscrew a m6 nut and bolt with a 10mm 1/4 drive socket and wrench, then once i can move it i clamp the hose's so i don't lose to much gas, then unscrew the clamp that holds the filter, then the hose clamps.. i am pretty sure it takes 8 to 10 mins ;) hehe... sure is easier on the 2wd tho, at least when there is no big heater cover... I do have a lot of good luck often when i work on vans... but don't worrry i have hard times and knuckle bashing days as well... i actually like that you take the time to write up about your works... i can't write well or find the time ... i wish i could tho..
