I was thinking of using computer case fans. The one for the slider window would be at least 250mm. There are larger ones. Specs I've seen show some drawing 0.5 amps or less with over 100 CFM ratings and relatively low noise levels. There are smaller 180mm or less fans that have pretty high CFM ratings too.
