Subject: Want to see what's different on the Syncro 16 rear brakes?

This is cross-posted to several lists and forums. You multi-list members will have to excuse me.

Anyway, since there was some talk about a fellow enthusiast looking for one of these, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to post one. Ironically, this was not on a Syncro 16 but rather one assembled with 16" parts.

Notice that extra plate in the middle? For those who are unfamiliar with the Syncro 16, these brakes were sourced by VW from their parts bins for the LT-28 trucks and vans.
