Seems to be more of these, lately. There was recently a Splittie on Craigslist, South Bend advertised for $3800 with rebuilt motor, new interior, no rust. Got a response to my email asking for a phone conversation saying they couldn't call, they were "a soldier shipping out to Afghanistan" and had to sell. Ad was flagged for removal shortly after.
