While what Ben says about that 16" being assembled from 16" parts may be true . It is tastefully done and draws a crowd anywhere it goes. It is built as the factory would have done it. With the extra welded in braces installed and all proper parts installed including the ultra rare and expensive flares. It was Built instead of being bought because VW did not make a Westfalia 16" camper . If you ever have a chance to see it ,you will see the time and buckets full of cash that were taken to build something that no body could buy . On top of it ,it is rust free and has done over 10K in less 9 months. I know this because I have worked on it and have used it on numerous occasions and can attest to it being a ready and willing vehicle.
