My dealer had one in stock this afternoon when I needed it.  VW  #357-919-062 for 10.95 + tax.  Have fun installing it.  Incidentally, the blue part is actually a separate cover for the clear bulb (included with as that part #; you get both pieces), so if they are out of that one try one for a different color and reuse your blue cover.  Good luck.
