Mr. Squirrel, many years ago I was rear ended by a young driver whose insurance company adjuster claimed some sort of mitigating circumstance like you described. I went to my insurance company, and presented the case. My company recovered the damages for me from the at-fault driver's insurance company. David McNeely |
